EMBODY YOUR RADIANCE has been carefully designed by Francesca and Angelica for

cis-gendered women to create the space to , connect to yourself, unwind, restore energetic balance, in order to nourish your internal space.

Experience different ways in which our minds (re)connect to the physical body with somatic practices such as intentional movement, dance, Yoga, journaling, meditation immersing yourself in nature.

We will be moving from relaxing practices such as Yoga Nidra, held by the healing sound of singing bowls, to Yin Yoga, to more dynamic explorations of Vinyasa Flow, to Ecstatic Dance movements and revitalizing walks in the beautiful Tuscan coastline.

A perfect gift to yourself, to be held in a safe space which feels like a home away from home. Podere l'Agave is where authentic Italian hospitality awaits, inviting you to become a cherished member of their extended family.

Yoga Nidra & TIbetan singing bowls: a guided meditation that promotes effortless deep relaxation of body and mind with rebalancing and healing sound

Yoga Therapy: a holistic treatment of somatic and psychological issues that promotes physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

Sexuality coaching: is an opportunity for you to get comfortable with vulnerability, strengthen intimate relationships, sexual aspects of intimacy such as overcoming body shame, learn about intentional desire vs.’organic’ desire, learn to talk to/coach your partner about what you want, express your sexual needs.

Journaling: process your experiences and thoughts cultivating self-reflection refining the art of listening to the body/mind

Ecstatic Dance Movement: where your body is free to release and express in its own unique language.

Embodied practices designed to rebalance your energy

VInyasa Flow Yoga: a dynamic, creative and fluid practice where movement is connected with breath to calm and focus the mind

Yin Yoga: a static, simple and meditative practice targets the deep connective tissue to stimulate energetic flow

Pranayama: breathing techniques designed to balance the vital energy

11-12.30pm Free Time: an opportunity to chill by

1-2.30pm Lunch: relaxing light lunch in Podere l'Agave or a picnic in our nature afternoon walks by the sea

2.30-4.30pm Afternoon Activities:

2-3 nature walks by the sea along the beautiful Tuscan coast line
2 Ecstatic Dance sessions in the field where we will be dancing to a curated playlist by Angelica to connect to your radiance through free conscious movement
1 afternoon free to freely wonder or join our Petra Wine Tasting and Volterra Tour

5.30-6.45pm Embodiment meditation or Yoga Nidra with Tibetan Singing Bowls

7-8pm `Free time to have a last swim before dinner or watch the sunset with a nice Italian aperitivo

8pm Dinner

3 dinners (incl.) at the local organic trattoria within walking distance called Le Rondini di San Bartolo, where you will taste delicious home cooked set meals with lots of vegetarian options comprising of a buffet antipasti, traditional recipes for main course, dessert and coffee.
3 evenings there will be a transfer (incl.) to the near village of San Vincenzo for you to explore restaurants of your choice.

*WINE TASTING & VOLTERRA TOUR

We have organised a guided day tour from 11 am to 5 pm, to see the renowned Winery of Petra and the Unesco Heritage old town of Volterra.

We will start with 1.5hr Petra Classic tour comprising of a tour of the winery designed by the famous architect Botta, and 3 glasses of wine with tuscan bread and oil.

We will then drive through the tuscan hills to reach the old town of Volterra where we will have some time to stop for a quick bite (not incl.) and/or a wonder in the typical little alleyways of this Unesco Heritage jewel.

The extra cost for the day will be €130 for transfer and winery (minimum of 5 people)

Podere l'Agave is located 80 km south from Pisa airport/train station. If you are travelling from abroad Included in the price there will be a transfer to/from the airport.

San Vincenzo’s rolling hills and sun-soaked beaches are the perfect backdrop to Podere L’Agave, situated in a location with breath-taking views.

This is the perfect place for you to nurture your radiance, unwind and relax by the pool, or in the shade of secular olive trees, in between our nourishing activities planned for each day.
