From morning until evening and overnight, all we do is create different experiences and learning opportunities to bring the body in a state of safety and comfort.

Four day training in Ayurvedic principles and practices

Daily yoga asana, pranayama & meditation practices

A typical day

Wake from 7am and intake of warm water and herbal medication

7.30am Group yoga & breath work & meditation
9am Breakfast
10 – 12. 30pm Ayurvedic treatments, private sound healing, yoga therapy or rest
1.30 pm Communal Lunch at Mama’s Taverna Le Rondini followed by rest
2.30 – 5.30pm – Treatments, Rest of Activity (Walks, Seaside Experience, Local tuscan Villages)
6pm Light supper
7.30pm Sound healing evening entertainment

Podere l'Agave is located 80 km south from Pisa airport/train station. If you are travelling from abroad Included in the price there will be a transfer to/from the airport.
