Contact Sid directly below for availability, rates and location.
Sidonie is a journalist by background and an RYT-500 yoga teacher.
She started teaching yoga to tango dancers and kept the dancing inspiration and interest in movement and feeling.
In private sessions, she’s also offering a combination of yin yoga and shibari (the Japanese art of tying), to explore resting and deep poses in both physically challenging and meditative ways.
Sidonie’s style is diverse and playful.
From a starting point in breathing techniques, she offers a creative and inspiring approach to work on mindful movement, with a special invitation to tune in to your needs. Every technique she’s offering is an invitation to take the plunge, spiral inwards and create a safe space within to feel empowered and inspired.
What do you want? A fun and sweaty vinyasa? An inward trip with yoga Nidra? A delightful way to reset your nervous system with restorative? Have it all, hop on and have a go!
Sid is inspired by her own hearing loss, her yoga is all about listening.
Listening to intuition and sensations as they emerge. Be present to the breath, to the body, to the inner voice, to the intuition as it emerges, as a method to actualise our own narrative. Basically, learning to listen from within.
