Refine your authentic art of sequencing by diving into the creative process whilst sharing with others and being inspired by the foundations of this ancient practice and philosophy. PART 1 explore the history, principles and challenges of the Art of Sequencing, whilst unpacking the benefits/contraindications of set sequences styles of Yoga PART 2 learn different strategies to help you plan your sequences in an authentic and creative way, whilst unpacking the benefits/contraindications of non-set sequences styles of Yoga PART 3 Understand holistic sequencing in relation to yogic Philosophy of the energetic bodies, whilst unpacking the benefits/contraindications of styles of Yoga that use this approach. These workshop are designed for Yoga Teachers and are YACEP certified both as a package (9 hrs) or individually (3hrs). The course also includes Asana practice inspired by the content, and it can be delivered both online and in person. Price will vary depending on venue / location.
